  13. The Cardinal website (www.cardtech.com) has a FAQ which says that the
  14. 19.2k v32terbo upgrade for their DSP modem is on their BBS and is
  15. apparently FREE now. Unfortunately, I don't want to call long distance
  16. so if anyone is in the Cardinal area code (708 I believe) could you
  17. download it and send it to me via e-mail? Thanks.
